That is a weird voice for Subbie. He sounds...old. I mean, I know he IS old now, but still, it's not like the guy who did the voice for the past few games. There's sort of an accent or something to it.

I like how Deathstroke gets up, pretty cool. Still, for the superhuman, highly skilled assassin, it wasn't a good fight.

This is probably fairly early in the story, the AI shouldn't be that tough yet. Also, Subbie's own superhuman powers are better anyway.
I would also like to say that I love the music during that fight. The soundtrack for this game seems awesome, I love that orchestral, epic superhero stuff.

Lex's VA keeps throwing me off. When he's in rage mode, talking to GL, he sounds like Animated Lex. Here he sounds like Kevin Spacey.

I really like that sneaky ninja walk. I was hoping to hear Scorpion talk more but, I guess I gotta wait to get the game myself.

Lots of people said it and I have to agree, I love Scorpion's coverout. It looks great, it's something a trained fighter would actually do in a fight.
