MK:TE PAL version?

I was wondering if anyone knows if MK:TE is released or will be released soon in PAL countries.
I looked on gamefaqs and according to them it is still TBA, but I was searching on ebay for mortal kombat stuff today and I saw MK:TE PAL version offered twice. Also some sites say the game is out now.
I Haven't seen the game in stores yet, so does anyone know what's up with the PAL version of MK:TE?

I Inquired on this awhile ago and the offical answer was that this game was not considered a major release and was always meant to be NTSC ONLY. there are many games that only see either a PAL or NTSC release and unfortuanlty this was one of them. the last game that was PAL exlcusive was gremlins: Gizmo Vs Stripe i belive. I have only ONCE seen a copy on ebay from a seller in england who said it was MK DEADLY REVENGE. which was the original title for MKTE. weather or not it was real i never found out. hope that helps bro.

Cool find. But it's listed as TBC which i think means to be confermed. and it has been confermed as a no go (at least as of about a year ago)

Can u post a pic of the box? Also can u confirm if the Deadly revenege title stayed for it as was in the auction i saw?
