It's an obvious fake. And a bad one at that.

1) The title of the game is Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe, not the abbreviated "DC" and an official document would not make such an abbreviation.

2) The game is for more than just the Playstation 3.

3) In general, new games for the PS3 and Xbox 360 retail for $59.99 not $49.99.

4) The entire document looks like it was typed up in notepad.
