Aren't PS3 systems region free when it comes to PS3 games? So can't you just import whatever PS3 games get banned?

actually everyone can buy a M game,there aren't LAWS that forbids children to play M games,not for now.
the ESRB or other shows just "suggested" ages.
howeve this game deserves to be banned...not for the violence but for the abysmal quality of the gameplay and downhill of ideas.
