haha true, but the real reason is that Australia had a ratings system before the USA. Our rating system (OFLC - Office of Film and Litrature Classification) has been around for yonks, so why doesn't America get the OFLC to rate your games :P

I have also seen these packshots around they are clearly marked "For Display Purposes Only" on the back, and Red-Ant isn't aware of them atm, otherwise they would be on TMK :P
