That is the big question, one that neither us, nor probably Midway themselves know yet. At this point, they are probably only in the Koncept stage of the game's development, sketching characters, and maybe tweaking the game's engine. The big stuff will only be done further along the way. I mean, even for MKDA, they were thinking for MK:Vengeance as a title for it, they even did Cover Tests, after building some characters (which shows because they had some covers with character art, MKDA style).

Oh, and answering to your question, I think they should use a sub-title for it, since it's SO much more originar that to have MK6, MK7...They're more creative than that. Everyone can count...
