MKD fatalities with matrix-like effects

for example: Say scorpion has his MKDA fatality again as one of his two in MKD. As he throws the spear at his opponents heads it normally travels a few feet and then it slows down like bullet time and as it gets to around 3/4 distance before it reaches his head, it pans around 360 degrees, showing both of the fighters and then the speed resumes as normal again to finish the fatality. The moment the head is yanked off and the "popcorn" begins to fly it does another 360 pan. Fatalities with these kind of effects could give them a pretty dramatic flair. What do you think?

Nah, I think those kind of effects will kinda mess up the game. Good idea though.

I think this would work really well with fatalities that have particle effects.

It would be cool if it went to super slow-mo and zoomed in on the spear going into the head. That'd be awesome.
To be completely honest, I think this sounds pretty dumb. It doesn't really fit within the 'spirit' of Mortal Kombat, not to mention you'd probably grow tired of seeing these 'cool effects' once you've seen them 10 times.
Giving players control of the camera during the fatalities could be cool, though.

Thats an interesting concept but I am not sure I would want to associate any Matrix likeness with Mortal Kombat. I dunno, I am just weird like that I guess.

If Mortal Kombat: Deception had matrix-like effects then it'd be like Kakuto Chojin which was a forgettable fighting game that I despise.

No more matrix effect!!! it's overused and boring!!! it's a thing of the past! Enough!!!! plus in MK it wouldn't look right...

Not for MK. Matrix Effects have become quite stale and boring.

It wouldnt work trust me have you ever played Kakuto Chojin on Xbox? The bullet time effect comes up everytime you beat someone it's very annoying.

bad idea, i hate when ppl that things from other movies or game and try to put em on Mk. If u havent noticed this isnt Matrix its Mk so i say lets keep it that way. Thats what i think

It would be cool as long as it was an option that you could turn off. Otherwise youd get tired of it quick.

First off major props for Sub-Zero_7th for remmembering one of the most pretty and ugly ass fighting games of all time. As for the bullet time they should only have it on the last second. Suppose Sub-Zero freezes the guy(big surprise),the only time they should add the bullet time is if he round house kicks the guy's torso to shatter it. At that time and only at that time, when he first makes contact that feature should kick in to see the torso explode and revert back to normal as Sub-Zero brings his leg back to recover. Then maybe two or three normal replays to finish off. Then we see Sub say something like, "If your body and mind are not one than you have no chance."
