If people actually want to compete in this tournament, I think it is only right that you give the organizer of it all enough time to get it underway instead of complaining. You have been all waiting for so long, a little longer shouldn't be a big deal. After all, it is just a small competition on a Mortal Kombat fan site, it shouldn't upset you that much to wait a bit.

Ok, I have the meat of the site itself done. I just need to finish the kharacter pages. Now, for those of you who didn't submit an image or your kharacter and who only submitted a formula, we've run into a bit of a snag. It would take Crow and I forever to put each and ever formula together ourselves, take pictures of each, and throw them up on your pages. That being said, I offer two options to you people:

1.) Take a picture of your kustom kharacter yourself. I don't care how you get it; take a picture of your TV for all I care and crop the image down....I just need a high resolution picture to be able to use.

2.) Instead of an image, write up a detail report of what your character looks like, beyond the basics laid out. The more detail the better, obviously. Paint a picture for us, people.


These are, unfortunately, the only options......unless some good samaritan comes along that has a TV tuner that can screencap all the formulas for us, but again that's very time consuming and I know you're all impatient as is. I ask you send these pictures/additional info to me in a PM, and *please* do not send me your whole bio.....be sure to point out only the info or pictures you're adding. It'll be less confusing to me.

I'll update the bios as I get the information...so as to move this along.

Exactly how many character formulas do you have?

Uh, well lets just say this...beyond me, there's like 6-7 people who have true images to go with their kharacters. The rest only have formulas.

damn thats alot. Couldn't there have been a better way to do this? That is 20 something formulas. hopefully there is someone out there willing to create these characters.

Well, I'll be perfectly blunt and honest - some people came into this tourny with the intent of creating a really decent kharacter and to put a decent amount of effort into said kharacter, so as to compete for the prizes as well as have fun beating out other kharacters.......other people however, seem to have put minimal effort into creating a kharacter and have entered just for the sake of Dragon Points, or because we were simply down to the wire concerning enough contestants and people entered just to move things along. (which was considerate if that was the case)


Soooooo.....it's just a matter of who wants it more. I'm giving everyone who didn't submit an image until Sunday to send me said image or a more in-depth character detailing. After that, it's tough luck in favor of moving this along.

I have great news to announce tonight. My fellow Staff member ]{0MBAT has agreed to use his TV tuner in order to capture the KAKs' images for everyone who does not have their own submitted image. This will take him some time, but it shouldn't be relatively long so please bear with us and give ]{ your thanks for taking on this rather time consuming job.
