More characters as alt costumes?

I think there will be more characters as the stated 24. They will be accessible from the main menu but hidden/locked.

Under Cyrax, Sektor will be hidden.
Under Mileena, Kitana or Jade will be hidden.
Under Ermac, Kenshi will be hidden.
Under Zombie Liu Kang, Liu Kang`s spirtit and possibly Shang Tsung (according to Sumixam)
Under Ben Masters, Johnny Cage
Under Noob, Smoke (hence the smoke/noob reference in magazines)

All characters would have their own story how I do expect the move sets to be shared amongst most of them.

They are trying to deceive us by giving us more than we expect. It`s like underhype so you love what you bought rather than complain for not getting what you expected.

Who else would be hidden under who?

No don't take what I said as gospel.

All I did say is that it would be a major deception and a highly possible one if Liu Kang turns out to be in fact, Shang Tsung.

I hope not actually...i don't want move shares. Kitana especially has a totally different set of moves to Mileena, it would be ridiculous to add them in as a colour swap just for the sake of it. When Jade or Kitana are in the game as playable again, I would like them to be new, fresh and different to any other character who is currently in it.

one thing that I hate in beat em ups are hidden characters in the select screen, I just love when their faces are in the select screen instead of some trick sh!t like mokap and blaze, like what they did in Marvel Vs capcom 2, 60 characters and alll the faces were in the select screen, about the topic, I just agree with cyrax and sektor cause both are robots, but it won't work cause both aren't confirmed so...no can do SIR!
