I was thinkin that they should put more god characters in at some times, like the gods of fire, water, and earth. I thought it would be a cool thing to do cause you dont ever see much of them. I thought fujin was a pretty cool character with potential.
Also with that being said I think that they should have broader horizons like gods from different lands at times maybe? Let me know what you think?

I don't think MK needs more gods. Midway tried it with fujin and it didn't work well. They might get a new one if they kill Raiden off, but I don't see that happening in the near future.

That wasn't the God of Fire. That was an envoy from the Elder Gods. I think his name is Dimashi or something similar.

But I agree: we could see a successor to Raiden if he dies. My guess is the Earth God (surely he'd have links to Earthrealm?).

Yes, but Blaze is not a god. If he is, do you really think they've been able to enslave him?

The only god I think wee need is Rayden, and probably Fujin. Even though I do agree, I would like to see more of the other gods, but not 2 or 3, just 1. We don’t want to mess up mk with 100 gods, like they already did with ninjas in the past.

Blaze wasn't a god.

Anyway, I really hope there are no more gods in Mortal Kombat. It sort of defeats the point of "mortal," no? I believe the incorporation of a lot of afterlife materials (elder gods, major hell involvement, etc.) ruined Mortal Kombat's storyline. This is the mortals' fight, no one else's.

Well, I understand like you dont want a whole bunch of gods in MK, I prolly dig it tho. I was jsut thinking since they have like 8 9 or 10 , Cause im counting both regular and elder for each element. I think they should have more involvemoent from them, Im not talking about gameplaywise, even tho i think it would be good, but mostly storyline and Konquest, I mean there is all these threats to the universe and stuff, but they just sit there and do nothing, except for raiden.

The one god that definately deserves a spot in MK again:

Or hopefuly they'll make Blaze look like that in MKD. I think the water god could be good too, but I'm not sure how many gods they'll want to put in future MK's, cus it is MORTAL Kombat after all. But I have made similar threads before, and think its a good idea (get the Fire God in the game!)

I would like to see them have more involved in the story but not in the game itself.

It will be great too have many gods involve in the story, now the dk is around and he seems too be a huge threat.
