welcome back Rehab and Shang sung isn't confirm yet so we don't know.

Shang Tsung could have morphed in MK: DA , but didn't since the game would lag( check out MKonline's interview E3 2002 with Boon). When next gen systems come out I think they will be poweful enough to make him morph without slowing down the gameplay. I don't think Tsung will be back for MK: Deception kombatant wise, just my opinion though.

Then you should be happy they're going make him great in deception then.

He's always been one of my favorites. If they really wanted him to morh in MK:DA they could of done it on the XBOX version. A Mortal Kombat with out Shang Stung just isn't MK. I really didn't like MK4 for that reason.
