I say the cast should be the next:
Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Sonya, Johnny Cage and Rayden.
This are the popular characters that have been made toys MORE then the rest.
But I would also love to see:
Mileena
Sektor
Quan Chi
Shang Tsung
Dragon King
Nitara
Frost
Ermac

Add Kenshi to that list.

lets not forget our emperor shao kahn (becareful what you say, he's not very forgiving) i'd love to have a 6 or 12 inch figure of him with removable mask

This is pretty cool. But as somebody alrady said, McFarlen should've done it instead. I still have acouple of the old action figures, Smoke, Rayden, Lui Kang. I also have the 8" Scorpion and Sub-Zero statuests, (shown in the Krypt) as well as the very rare Goro statue.
