Yes I agree, Boon keeps talking about balancing things but i think he should leave some moves for the characters, since there only going to be like 2 type of fighting styles ( Wich I alreddy thought wos kinda weak) But balancing on Special Moves would prove to be a major dissapointment.
Since this is going to be the last mortal kombat game on this generation consoles i would like to see this game to achieve I ever hoped to see in a mortal kombat game. But balancing on special moves would not prove to be that kinda game..

Up at the top there, are those confirmed characters? That would be cool, considering(if youve looked at the concept art in MKDA) the fact that theyve been working on the Shadow Priest, Masked Guard, and Baphomet(He looks BA in the concept art)
And also..Boon and Tobias are working on MK:A? Sweet

For the "Mortal Kombat Armageddon Facts Thread" there is a lot of bullshit especially in shadowcat's second post.
A masked guard and shadow priest as playable characters? Babalities and Friendships? Each version of The Pit? John Tobias? Anyone who believed any of that should be ashamed of themselves.
Where did you get this "information" shadowcat? Wikipedia?
Everyone except Raiden, Sektor and Onaga are rumoured characters and I doubt that any of them will be in MK:A because they either don't have a story (Hornbuckle) or their stories aren't at all related to the current one because they have only appeared in spin-off games ("Hinoka", Jataaka and "Kumari" all from MKM: S-Z).
Baphomet only exists as a piece of concept art in MK:DA's Krypt, he isn't a character.
Belokk will never appear in a Mortal Kombat game because he isn't a Midway-created character. It was Eurocom who created him and the guys at Midway didn't like the design so was scrapped and didn't make it into MKG.
John Tobias hasn't worked on a Mortal Kombat game since leaving Midway during the development of MK:SF. He is not involved with MK:A in any way.

i was wondering......
since now we'll have only one style,i hope that some chars gets the best type or a tatally new type of kombat "art".for example:kenshi has the judo and the other one(sorry i don't remember....kung fu maybe:)which are strong used together but weaks if they are alone.maybe the first style could be good(except the stance)but judo is very weak to be used as a single style.you have only throw and some kicks...

All characters have 2 styles some have one fighting style and one weapon some have 2 fighting styles and some habe 2 weapon styles. Kenshi had Tai Chi, Judo and Katana in MKD and San Shou instead of Judo in MKDA. i thinl Tai Chi suits him a lot more than any other and of course he'll have his katana.

A multiplayer game is a video game in which multiple people can play the same game at the same time. Unlike most other games, computer and video games are often single-player activities because the computing power exists to create artificial opponents. In multiplayer games, players either all compete against each other, or team up to achieve a common goal such as defeating an enemy that can consist of either computer or human players. Usually multiplayer games either use computer networking to allow players to play together or require the players to gather around a single game system to play.

Yeah, this game looks awesome so far. I've always loved MK since the very first game, so I'll give this game a try when it comes out.

We don't know yet which characters will wind up having two weapon styles if they decide to do that.Boon said in a few of the interviews that they might do something like that, who knows? They will mix and match but we all know things can change so we don't know which characters yet will have two weapon styles if they even decide to do that.
Most will have one hand to hand and one weapon.Same for our KAF's.

I am a little dissapointed about the motor kombat thing. It just seems like a stupid thing to put in MKA when there were so many possiblitys.

I agree a little bit with painkiller. Like someone else mentioned in another thread, I thought the new hidden mode would be some type of endurance challenge or battle royal, though, I don't mind the kart racing mode at all. Again, the hidden mode could've been better, but maybe their saving something like that for MK8, so who knows.
