Yes it mean if it is unlockable, character or stage, mean you have to earn it, or find the secret to unlock that character or stage........

wouldn't it be funny if raiden shang tsung and quan chi never returned and that space actually belonged to kung lao instead of raiden in the character select screen. lol jk

That would be a wicked line up of secret characters! Id throw Rain in there just cuz I'd like to see what midway could do with him in 3d.

Well, I'm looking at it this way (although I'm probably wrong):

On the select screen, there are little circles above Jade, Kenshi, Sindel and Havik. That's where I believe the super secret characters will be.

actually, that seems very logical

Thats what I thought the circles would be for. Like if you hit up they would turn gold and the character would be displayed.
Or the character icon image would shift to the hidden character.

the four circles just remind me of a bolt or nut of some sort.. being that the select screen is made of a metal looking texture... bolts or nuts just to add an artistic intrest to the select screen.

kaishaku - Sure. Like I said, I'm probably wrong but it's interesting that they're there. And not on the bottom.

I think thats a cool character select screen. The super unlockables are good too. I would rather have tsung and quan chi instead of stryker or rain.

And the best part about it is, except for the super-selectables I put in, it's the actual character select screen (everyone is where they are in the current version). It may change again, though. Hope it doesn't.

do you think that theres any truth behind that the only one i don't believe is cyrax when sektor has the best chance of being in it

Quan Chi, Shang Tsung, Sareena and Reptile are very good choices for hidden characters IMO.
I only hope that they will be different then in MKDA. And I hope that Quan gets a new fatality...

i dont think it will be cyrax but secktor just bcuz im want him and that boon said cyrax is not in it again.
the circles on the side i think its like mk da the handicap, stage select, and the coin wager again IMO.

Here are the Super Unlcokables I'm hoping for:
1. Shang Tsung (To the right of Havik on the select screen)
2. Quan Chi (To the left of Shujinko on the select screen)
3. Kitana (To the left of Jade on the select screen)
4. Sareena (To the right of Liu Kang on the select screen)
5. Cyrax (To the right of Tanya on the select screen)
6. Sektor (To the left of Raiden on the select screen)

Here are the 6 I hope for. Brady Games said that not all the characters are gonan be shown i nthe guide.
1. Shang Tsung
2. Quan Chi
3. Reptile
4. Mavado
5. Sektor
6. Sareena

I have a question about dairou
was he in mk mythologies or not because they have concept sketches for him in mk:da but he's not in it. I was wondering if he was already around or if we just got to see him before mk:d came out.
they were probably too rushed to put him in the game.

He was gonna be in MKDA, but they didn't have time, so they had to leave him for MKD.
