Now about your list, I think Scorpion should be neutral. Ermac should be on the border between good and neutral. He isn't evil anymore. I don't believe Sindel will be evil! That remains to be seen. And given the story they gave us for Hotaru, he may be neutral or good. Li Mei looks to be evil this time around, but not through choice though.

Anywayz we have seen and heard alot of the pople that are in Deception,so i decided to make a list between the Good people and Bad people i will keep updating if any charchter are rumor to be in Deception.Heres the list.

From that list I would switch Hotaru to bad, Liu Kang to bad, Smoke to bad(i'm sorry but he just doesn't look like a good guy), and Li Mei to bad. Then switch Dairou to good and Scorpion to Neutral.

You know, Grimm, I was kinda noticing that myself. They gave Smoke one hell of a sinister mask, with the blades and all. But I have to keep my hopes up, I guess.

I think Smoke looks evil in the same way Ermac looks good(IMO). But until I get a better look at the mask, it'll be hard to say. I think they were aiming more for a more unhuman look, and in the process they made him look evil. At least that's what I hope.

Doesn't matter to me really. I think Smoke looks awesome either way. He looks very very badass and original, and out of all the returning characters, he is my favorite updated outfit.

Hey I dont know if im going crazy or just a lack of sleep. I think I saw two sub-zero's on a web page. One with a full mask on and one where he has a pony tail and a bandana type of mask. I'll go search for it again and give a link when I find it. But is this possible or could it be a new character???

The one with the ponytail is Subzero's alt.

Why do people think Hotaru is Bad? He's an orderwarrior. not one of chaos :x at least thats the story for know

Just a little post, i think that also Mileena and Baraka is (unknown) seeing the scene of them in a movie footage, they are fighting against each other. So one of them could be good, one bad or both bad or both good. Anything can happen...
Also lets not forget the rumour about Kia or kie...you know the guy from MK4, the whole romour and stupid thing about him putting Shao Kahn's thing on and Shang/Quan killing the wrong people which leads to Ermac being bad still..
But anywayz thats my opinion.
