You got some of them right, Kitana, Jade and Mileena will be fought all at once. Reptile is a boss. I've seen s picture of Goro, so a high possibility. I wouldn't be suprised if Kintaro, Shang Tsung and Shao Kahn all made boss appearences. Baraka, maybe, the Tarkatan play a big role as normal enimies, so I don't know if he will be a huge boss, but i could be wrong. Scorpion is also confirmed to be a boss.

With Kitana as a boss, I can only speculate what might happen afterwards, or what happens leading to the boss fight, storyline-wise...no, don't get any dirty ideas, because that's NOT what I meant, before you ask, pervs!
A quick update on the Kitana boss situation that I don't think anyone here has mentioned. Though people have mentioned here that you would likely be fighting Kitana, Mileena, and Jade at the same time, I read the MKSM section in that issue of Game Informer magazine, and there were a few details about the fight that I don't think anyone here has not mentioned.
The fight starts out with you vs. Kitana by herself. The key to beating Kitana here is to have her thrown into somewhat of a cage or prison cell. Right afterward, Jade and Mileena will come to Kitana's rescue and kick your ass. It is possible to avoid fighting all three at the same time, however, to do that, you MUST beat both Mileena AND Jade BEFORE either of them reaches Kitana's cell and releases her. I'm thinking it would take two players to accomplish this. However, once Jade and/or Mileena releases Kitana, THAT is when you must fight ALL THREE at the same time. However, I think this leads to some questions. I am thinking that beating Jade and Mileena before either one of them releases Kitana alters the progression of the storyline as opposed to fighting and beating all three of them at once, just like whether or not you did a fatality on Sareena and/or Scorpion did the same with MK Mythologies: Sub-Zero. I think whether or not Jade or Mileena release Kitana from her cell during the fight may determine whether Kitana is ally or enemy to Kung Lao and Liu Kang throughout the remainder of the game (which we all know she's an ally to them). We'll just have to wait and see.

every one from mk1 and mk2 will be bosses in some light (with exception to kung lao and liu kang of course)

once again im not tring to disscount anyones info (cuase i gurentee u all know more on it then me) but as any of this been confermed and if so were? If anyone can provide a pic of repitle as a boss then please do .

Well u can play as him in Trilogy and that came out in 96 and is still in full stock at almost all stores. sorry had to point that out.
