Stryker is easily the most underrated charater. People turned their noses up at him because he's the only one who isn't a ninja, deity, dead guy, or freak of nature. Fans weren't willing to accept a "normal" fighter. Turns out he kicks a lot of ass, at least in my experience with MK3.

thats not true... sonya was a regular gal, and she is very popular, as well as johnny cage (don't know about now, but was.)
