Tanya and Mileena. Mileena's new look is absolutely wicked, and it'll be great to see how Tanya looks and plays this time around.
I'm sorry, but these 2 are also my favourite characters, so I guess that was kinda predictable, but they are gonna be the best!

Ermac, Noob, Kabal, and Smoke

This is tough. I'm a big fan of all of the old school ninjas, so I'd have to say Ermac, Noob, and Smoke. Taking a close second would be Sekrot, I'm curious to see what has been done with him.

I will have say Ermac and Hotaru.
