I always liked the concept in the mk movie where Reptile was sucked into the that statue and became the ninja. I Like the idea of that kind of symbosis. It explains greatly his human appearance and always thought that that mythical concept could have been incorporated into an mk game. I know it wont happen and lot of you proberly hate the idea. But I always get a buzz when i watch that scene.

Imagine your fighting as reptile in normal mkda type look and in the area is a statue you go near it and boom you become the human version. more agile and faster. kind of like an arena weapon that only works with reptile and heres the catch he can revert back to reptilian form in same round if hit 3 times or something.....

oh well it well never happen but i love that idea.
