Come on it's right there in your face. Whats the easy way to get people to buy more than one copy. Different box covers. Every hardcore MK fan that must have ALL the covers. Hey I am a sucker also. You know I will be buying one for the x-box and one for the ps2. With this kind of market strat, they can make up for all the Gamecube owners that are not getting this game. Not to mention making some of those (got to have) fans go buy a new system just to play. So lets sum this up, gotta get a new system, get broadband, get multi-box covers. Wow after it is all said and done Midway will have sucked 500.00 to 600.00 dollars out of my pocket to play this game. And I am not mad at all. I still can't wait to play. DSB

I suppose we are two different people. I don;t care if it comes in a box of count chocula. I was unhappy enough to have to spend the money once.

cant see justifying spending $200 on one game just because you get a different piece of paper with each. pick your favorite, buy it. dont waste money like that. thats not hardcore, its just dumb.

right. some people dont have to do all that for a game, no matter how much they like it. i already haev a ps2 and xbox, got broadband for my computer (which all i have to do if i wanted to is split the connection between my computer and the xbox, the version i will get) to enjoy myself. i dont care which box cover i get as long as i got the mk1 disc and the dvd with the character bios.

Ya i agree with you Harpua somebody (idk who) said they were gonna get 3-7 VERSIONS OF THE GAME!!! and someone said now that is dedication but it really is just not smart and a waste of money get 1 and if you're gonna get 2 get 1 for ps2 and 1 for xbox because i know people out there that wanna find secrets on both or sumthing.

There's a difference between hardcore fan of MK and having everything MK.

A harcore fan has the knowledge of MK..I dont think many causual video gamer knows as much as we know about MK. That alone seperates us from the rest of the casual MKers/video game fans.

There may be bigger Mk fans than you, and wont even have enough money for all that...does that make him a lesser fan? no.

What I'm trying to say...you shouldn't get all that to prove anything, so it looks good, etc. just do what I did..saved the images on my computer...and maybe I'll print it out or something. with the extra money, go to a concert, buy a new system/games, etc.
