My character concept of Chimera... The third Oni???

The name of the subboss is Chimera, right?
In MKDA, there was a rumour about a third Oni, besides the two who appeared in the game, Drahmin and Moloch. (correct me if I'm wrong).
And so I thought, it would be cool to make Chimera the third Oni. And she should be a female! Why? Because it's about time that there would be a female subboss in the MK-series (not counting Sareena in MK:Myth).
Story:
Chimera is the powerfulliest of the three Onis. She has the ability to control the two others. When Quan Chi asked them to help him, she rejected. Quan Chi was angered and used his medallion to paralyze Chimera and take control of the two other Onis.
After the Dragon King was reborn, he caught Drahmin and Moloch, but he couldn't break Quan's spell over them. So he travelled to the Netherrealm and freed Chimera from her paralyzed prison. Chimera thanked the Dragon King and wanted to serve him untill she repaied him. She went to Outworld with him and broke Quan's spell and took control over the Onis once more.
Moves:
-Fire Pillar: Chimera's two upper stings shoots out fireballs at the ground in front of her, which causes a pillar of fire to appear.
-Spider Sting: The four stings rapidly stings the opponent, while Chimera walks five steps forward.
-Mind Crusher: Chimera grabs the opponent by the face and shoots out fire through the hand while crushing the opponents head with her claws. After a few seconds, she throws the opponent away from her.
-Teleport: A regular teleport, either behind the opponent or away from the opponent.
Fatalities - If the subboss is going to have fatalities, these are the ones I would like her to have:
-Eternal Torment: Chimera summons stings like her own to appear under the opponent, which grabs the opponent and tears the opponent down into the Netherrealm. (kinda like Shinnok's great hand fatality).
-Terror Ripper: Chimera grabs the opponent by the face, while her stings starts to tear and rip the opponents body apart. When the only thing left is the opponents head, she put it into flames and throws it away.
-Hara Kiri: Chimera's two upper stings charges with flames and then stabs herself in the head, causing her body to enflame and explode.
Appearance:
I'm not sure about the colours or the outfit, but it's something like this...
If you have some ideas for the skin colours and her outfit, then please post them here... ThenI'll change it to something better, if there are any good ideas...

Hey there Jaded-Raven. That's a pretty cool concept though I doubt Chimera will be the third Oni. 
However, you do have some cool ideas.

I think your Idea is great!!! I think is about time they have a girl sub-boss 
Anyway I like your picture I think is GREAT, but I would only change one thing I think her hair should be black b/c she would look more Evil. However I think people might think she would look a lot more like Sheeva if her hair is black....hhhmmm?????
