My first POLL! Is Fujin the God of Crap? (Average vote so far is 7/10)

Hi everyone!

I don't usually post on these forums for fear of flaming (I was massacred when I announced Li Mei's confirmation a few months ago). But I am the forums biggest Fujin fan and I want to know what you all think.

Browsing through the forums I saw the user "FujinGodofCrap" and it annoyed the hell out of me. So I wondered if you guys thought he is crap... be honest and truthful.

He is seen in the jail cell and I think he would be awesome if they gave him a new look and powerful special moves (like they have done with Jade).

Now I'm going to take a poll!

Vote from 10 to 0
10 - Fujin rocks! If he is not in MK Deception I will post another annoying petition!
0- Fujin is God of Crap, keep him locked up forever.
Please, also describe ways that he could be improved, such as costume, moves, styles and storyline.

Id give Fujin a 7. I liked playing as him in MK4 and thought he had a good story and good potential as a main character. Although he was a god like raidne, he was pretty original in terms of moves and fatalities.

7-he was awesome in mk4.. the only problem is that mk4 was crap. he was apart of this crap.. maybe when people think of the new characters of mk4 they associate them w/ the crap that was the gameplay of mk4..all the new guys from mk4 deserve a second chance.. so far tanya is, and quan got, his second chance.. hopefully fujin, kai, shinnok, and my main man reiko also get a second chance.. its looking good for fujin and reiko at the moment.. smile

7, good concept imo, but he was hashed up in MK4. Actualy that seems to be the theme with a lot of the MK4 fighters...

I'll give him a 6,his moves were ok but I wasn't a big fan of his look.But he could be revamped and added to another MK.

Ok, I start by saying that in MK4, he sucked. If he was to be in MK:D, he would have potential though. And even though I hated him with a passion in MK4, I will give him a 7.

I think his problem was MK4 and not him. I think by what we've seen so far that in Deception he would give a wind blow to the story so for me: 8,5

Of all the characters introduced in MK4, I liked him the best. Being the second god to enter the tournament makes him a bit redundant, but if you look at the ridiculous amount of ninja palatte swapping and horrible stories in previous MK games, it's not that big of a deal. In concept he is a great character, and the wind thing could lead to some great special moves. He definitely needs a new look, though. He gets an 8.

Guess I'll give him a 4.
I didn't hate him, but the wind moves didn't do anything for me and nothing else really stood out about him IMO. But I do think he can be improved and should get a second chance some time.

He's nothing special, and we don't really need multiple deities in a single MK game (MK4 had 3; Raiden, Fujin and Shinnok).

He could be cool with an overhaul, but so could anyone.

That is true, Fujin was pretty good in Mythologies. They should have gave him those moves.

Fujin sucks hes just plain awful and hasnt contributed anything to the mk series.I hate all the new fighters that where in mk4 they where all cheesy failures.

Why is a lot of people dising him; I thought he had awsome moves in MK4: spin, levitate (and drop if u want to), perfect knee move, and diving kick; fatalities were pretty awsome: skin ripper, and tornado shot were bad ass; perfect weapon for him; he was pretty kewl to fight against in MKM as well; and from what I've been reading, he's in the game as "playable", most likely a super secret character and even in the start menu or something. who cares abt. what he looks like, I mean god this isn't a fashion show, if so then why the hell is Baraka and Mileena in the game lol. There is so much that they could do with him if only they'd use their imagination. I'd rate him a 10 even though he's not my favorite!!!

Fujin is AWESOME! The guy owns and kicks major ass! He has awesome moves! The Whirlwind Spin owns! I love his over movs. The Super Knee is great!

His Fatalities rocked also and the Crossbow was an ok weapon when used right.

I hope he returns!
