I thought he was a very decent charater from previous games, but my question is how will they incorporate him into the story of his death.I also think he will need a new look for this.He has always been a fav of mine, but I think a redesined mask would be good, not too much from the original, but one that actually seems like it is snug to his face not twice its size.
HOW do we know he actually died??
I had said this SO many times
"Kabal has NOT been confirmed or stated DEAD in the game, only defeated and the word rummored was used, which means he will be back".
I knew he would return, but it seemed logical after Mavados story. He never died.

boon said interactive envirements, like he was considering the idea if u hit a wall enough times it goes away and u go through it like in the acid pit stage for mkda, in mkd he did it.
so, like, if in one game its not there, the next 2, or 3 games it will be.

A new Kabal thread? Really? Were the other Kabal threads not appropriate?

Well Qeuve is right, u cant rule out any character, and if a character is pressumed dead Boon and co. can always right a story explaining y they have returned.

kabal could of been pissed of at molavodo, what ever the name is, and be returning to kick an ass or two, so mulvado could be back ass well, that would make 4 confirmed mkda fighters

I think Boon is is starting to smart up to the character approch-- I think he is testing former characters by giving a little background information on them in konquest and see if the fans want him or not-- if there is enough fan support they will try and incorporate the character in the next game. Other characters that get mentioned in konquest are Khameleon, Jarek, Motaro, and Sheeva-- though we know Jarek, Motaro and Sheeva are dead.

Very unfortunate for Sheeva. "I" thought she was hot and "I" would have loved to see her in MK:D's graphics. Though maybe i still will with Konquest mode, If she's not in.

She was hot in the right light... Like Drew Barrymore... Sheeva had an awesome body.
wasnt kabal like killed in the second mk movie? along with stryker wasnt he? i think so but the movie has nothing to do with the games story. and kabal is confirmed as a playable character. every character ever is confirmed to be in the game in konquest but boon has confirmed kabal to be playable. really i never thought kabal was this populare till i see all these damn forumes about him.

OK, let's set the scene. Your worst enemy is in the room and you have a chance to attack them, you beat them up easily, and taunt them for a bit and then you take their prized weapons that they would probably go knocking on Hell to try and get back.
Would you let them live if you worked for a crime organization that want all of their kind dead? In all seriousness, I think if Midway use the term "Kabal was defeated by Mavado, but somehow managed to survive.", or something of the like, I will probably go insane, or something of the like.
I hope they pull something good out of their sleeves to explain how Kabal survived, why he survived, and what would make him go into Outworld searching for death at the hands of a The Dragon King.

Khameleon is mentioned when you fail Nitara's weapon konquest-- I think its Nitara's 3rd conquest thing-- just fail it and read the text, it mentions Khameleon.
