So, recently I have hacked in to Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks with my Action Replay MAX. Using character models not playable by normal means, like the Skull from the Soul Tombs and in Outworld, I have made speculations. First of all, the skull can go through walls. For example, at the very beginning I didn't even have to defeat the Oni to get the gate to open, I just went right through. I have noticed however, that since these characters are indeed glitchy, to get to certain areas of the game you must play as a normal character that is playable by normal means, save the game, then use the null characters on a certain saved area. So for example, play as Liu Kang all the way to the Soul Tombs, save at the Soul Tombs, turn on the code (s) to play as a null character, and do the same when you reach an area which can not be completed with a null character. So, my speculations are mainly with the Skull; if it can go through walls, perhaps one could play as the skull in Survival Mode, and with its ability to go through walls...it might be able to get past the door which so possibly holds Noob Saibot!! I have read so many times about people trying to get past this area in Survival Mode, and maybe this is our answer!! Also, I am yet to try this, but maybe there are other areas left out of reach in Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks that can only be accesible with characters like the Skull; For example, maybe that one area in the Soul Tombs which there is a door, but you can't go past it because there is a pile of rubble...perhaps the Skull can go through!! Give me your thoughts people. I will try to see what cool things I can achieve with the Skull.
