Noob Saibot wouldn't be able to be seen in the dark, and he has his eyes out in his black ninja costume, but you said EYE and not EYES.

Unless that was a mistake, it could be Reptile (the cast render we got ages ago showed Reptile with an eye on his chest). I

t could even be Tanya - she can turn invisible and her wyes are bright white, so they could be seen in the dark.
