Need help with the keys for Shujinko and Tanya Alt. costumes (big spoilers)

Ok, so I went to gamefaqs and they said you need to go to F-1 Edenia to get Shujinko alt costume, I went it's not there, I meditated spent a lot of time there and can't find it , is it time or day based or what??? Can't find the chest. Also for Tanya alt. they said go to Outworld find Tanya and fight her in spot I doN,t remember, I went can't find her , is it time based or what??? Can someone give me specific details to get them.

It is there inside between 2:30 & 3:30 AM Tuesday after beating Konquest.

how bout tanya, Ive heard that u have to do her mission where u find a cave for her but I cant find it.
Can u help me out?????

You have to beat her near the portal in outworld.
