Did you go back through the portal? A green indicator should point you back to it if I remember correctly. Sorry not to informative, its been awile since I ran through konquest....oh wait, if you mean after the story has completed you have the ability to go to a few spot unavailable to start but other than that its just a bunch of running around.

You don't have to do anything. You do missions on different realms and unlock whatever's left in the Krypt.
