I believe that the series is long over due for a new Shokan. I doubt Mortal Kombat 1 would be as popular as it was without the four-armed behemoth, Amongst other things.

The Shokan and Edenia have formed an alliance. If Queen Sindel is fighting on behalf of Edenia, To some respect. She should be accompanied by a Shokan... Possibly also out for the recently-returned Noob Saibot whom is responsible for his/her King's death.

Description: Male Vampire that wears mainly blue and gold, that carries most things vampires are weak to (not including silver).

Fatalities: 1) Bloodline
Lazzara pierces his opponent's neck and blood quirts out. Lazzara catches this blood in a goblet, then spits it out at a distance, forming a thin spear that stretches from his mouth, to right between the opponent's eyes.

2)Blood-Cell
Lazzara spits out a blob of blood which forms a cage around the enemy, then closes in around them crushing their body. Lazzara then magically recalls the blood down his throat.

3) Bloodrain
Lazzara summons rainfall, but it turns to blood, then starts hitting the enemy like bullets, yet Lazzara is unharmed. He actually enjoys the bloodrain. After it stops, Lazzara magically makes all the puddles of blood fly down his throat. It goes to a close-up of him smiling.

Weapon)
Lazzara eats a clove of garlic, then breaths it in his opponent's face. They crawl around on the ground, but accidently take execution position, just in time for Lazzara to bring down the scythe.

Hmm. By "New Characters" do you mean an individual's idea? Or possible stories for the two current new characters?
