I think if they introduce any sort of minor character like that, it would be Khameleon and that's it. She actually had a story and deserves a spot in the game.
A minor character found in MKDA's krypt would probably not be used - they would have used the concept for a MK:D character by now if they wanted him. If he was a meant to be a general of Onaga's army, then he would definitely be used in MK:D, which is a game centred around Onaga himself.
So yeah... it would be cool to have a new character like that, but I doubt it would happen. I mean with a cast of approximately 60 characters, the last thing they would introduce is a member of Onaga's army. A character like that is generally a filler, not someone they would add to a game that is already so full.

most likey you can make him in KAK, if not i think all the character from the Mk series will make a appearence in konquest

The Dragon King's Undead General was a piece of concept art in the MK:D Krypt, not MK:DA.
And I'd actually have liked to see him as a playable character. He looked awesome.

i liked jerrods ideo of having meat be the general. he made the story fit and he looks cool.

That would be really cool to have the general be a character. I mean, we never really fought any of the Dragon King's army. He'd make an excellent representative.
