I eman not to be so straight foward...the concept is cool but you need aot of work such as the special moves and the fatalities and the story

I won;t say what it is because that'll be harsh so I'll say it needs a lot of work.

Character Overhaul of Master Chu Jiang:
Name: Rai'Morto (derived from Spanish: 'rey muerto', which roughly translates to 'the king of the dead')
Age: Unknown
Weight: Unknown
Height: 7'0

Style: Xing Yi, Dragon (thinking about changing)

Weapon: *I have quite a few different ideas, but for right now I'll go with this* A giant axe engulfed in Hellfire

Specials:
Hellfire- Remember Shang Tsung's vertical fireballs in MK3? Similar to those. Rai'Morto slams his fist into the ground, causing a shockwave and hellfire to raise from the ground (starting near him and moving towards the opponent)
Brimstone Breath- close range attack... the animation would look something like Sheeva's scream, but it would act like Sub-Zero's freeze moves. A dark cloud (looks kind of like Noob Saibot's Shadow Ball) is spewed that can temporarily encase the opp in stone if they come into contact with it.

Weapon Special:
Burns like Hell- trips up opponent with ax than brings it crashing down, causing them to writhe in pain on the floor.

Fatalities:
Go 2 Hell- Rai'Morto phases into the ground in an ethereal, ghostly way. Seconds later his upper body bursts up at his enemie's feet, and he pulls them into the Netherrealm (imagine Rai laughing maniaclly as his victim screams and struggles to escape, frantically clawing at the arena floor)

Chokeslam- *i didn't really like the idea, but there was so little in common with the old character, i thought i should let Thamuz keep this* Rai picks up the opponent with one hand by the throat and smoke starts to rise from the opps head. The skin begins to melt off of his/her body, leaving only a skeleton. Finally, Rai slams the charred cadavre into the ground and it explodes into shrapnel of bones.

Story: The Netherrealm is always in flux. Souls of vanquished warriors constantly fight to gain control, but no soul is able to obtain power for long, as there are constant uprises and challenges of authority. Rai'Morto is the current ruler of Hell.

Once a great warrior of Earth, Rai chose to betray his allies and become a general of the Dragon King's army. Eventually he came face to face with his former comrades on the battle field, and killed them. The guilt would eat away at his soul, and slowly drive him insane. When the great King was defeated, all the soldiers of his army were to be mummified. To escape this fate, Rai engaged in kombat with the King's greatest warriors. He fought well, but was overpowered and defeated. Rather than become a souless slave to the DK, he chose to take his own life.

Now, after thousands of years in the Netherrealm, he has all but forgotten his past. His fighting skills still intact, and the fire of madness burns in his eyes. He eventually came to rule with an iron grip and a ruthless spirit. However, one being threatens to overthrow him. The ninja-spectre Scorpion, has unknowingly angered the King of the Dead. With his repeated escapes from Hell, Rai sees Scorpion as a symbol of defiance. He decides to follow him into the world of the living, and bring him back to the Netherrealm. There he will use him as an example to those who dare challenge his might...

Little does he know, that by following Scorpion, he will enter the Dragon King... his past will return to haunt him, and his destiny will come full-circle.

*I've got more, but I'm hella tired, so i'll add on later... tell me what you think... some of it might suck because It was ridiculously late when i wrote this (from like 2:45-4:30) anywaze, idc if u hate it, give me ur honest opinions*
