You get 16 characters in chess, and work youre way to killing the opponents piece. The article is very short, so its very hard to summerize, but Ill put some more info out if I can. :)

Even if you win a fight in chess, you get weaker (youre character), and you need a series of spells and trickery to help the guy or girl who helped you advance.
