Recently browsing around, I fell upon Amazon's Listing.
Paperback: 160 pages
Publisher: Bradygames; (October 7, 2004)
ISBN: 0744004330
The Guide has been pushed back, YET again to after the game's release now. They also now include a page count. 160 pages is more than the MK DA strategy guide, with a running total of 144 pages. Also included here, is the ISBN. With all of this information, the guide is INDEED complete. Follow me here...
I went to Gamestop, which has this listed:
Pre-Release
ETA: 9/28/04
Which means the guide has an ESTIMATED time of availability. That could very well change, and it's listed as a Pre Release, so the top may be correct. Finally, I checked at EB games...
Pre-Order: Ships on 09/30/2004
The Item Ships to EB on the 30th, meaning they won't get it for a couple days afterword. It's also listed for Pre-Order untill then.
It looks like we won't see the guide until the release of the game, or until after!

If something ships on the 30th they usually have it in stores by the next day. The 30th of this month is a Thursday. The LATEST the guide would be in stores is by Saturday if not Friday.
Deception comes out that Monday. So... I don't know why we would get it after the game. If they planned on releasing both the game and the guide on the same day then it would say "Ships 10/4" just like it says for the game. But since the guide is given a shipping date of the 30th of this month it means that they are expecting and SHOULD get it before the 4th.

Well Gamestop is still a go to get it between the 28-30th.No changes have been made there.
