I didn't think so. I enjoyed learning about the game and enjoyed the game itself.
I was hoping for more from MKDA because of the hype.

But then from the history of MK games I wasn't expecting it to be like VF, Tekken, or SC.

I was expecting it to be kind of simple.

It'll beat any hype as long as Kano's in it!

Who knows? MKDA was somewhat hyped but not as much as it seems. Its seems more hyped because of how long it took to get out. But I do remember a PSM magazine with details and the game was much worse than I imaiganed after reading my first detailed report.

Hype can grow to such a profound amount that the final product could never live up to expectations...

Don't build yourself up for a letdown...

hype always ruins games. that's why this time around, i'm not downloading any match videos, fatality videos, or any major spoilers before the game comes out. and i'm not expecting anything this time around like i did with mk5. i'll take mk6 for what it is when the game comes out and will probably enjoy it way more. like back in the old days when a new mk game came out. the internet pretty much ruins everything though.
