At the beginning of the game (on PS2 for me) it asks me which memory card to use... I use only one, but any button I press makes a sound... I think that this might be an area where we enter kodes.... Im most likely wrong.

Another thought, maybe the WQ has something to do with the Kodex
W on the kodex is Sub-Zero and Q is NightWolf.
also, the 456 on the koins might also be something from the kodex...
4 is purple
5 is teal
6 is yellow
