Nexus? (spoiler)

OK I know that the nexus is in A-4 in Chaosrealm but I just been there and there is nothing only a normal chest not a gold one , does it appear only on a special time? Could someone tell me please, and where is Sektor and Cyrax can't seem to find them nether Kintao or Goro?

I can't seem to find it either. I know you have to at least have Konquest beaten to unlock it, but I can't seem to get it.
