The Brady guide lists it as Back, Toward, Back, Toward, 1. I've tried this for hours, and I usually get most all other fatalities on the first try, but this one doesn't seem to work. Someone please let me know if this is incorrect, or if I'm just losing my touch. Thanks a lot!
