Well if you go over to where moloch is standing by the back edge across the way you can see nitara and cyrax standing together having a converasation or something. and i tried to cross over there but there was a guard guarding the bridge saying (No one shall pass at this time) and i never saw them there again since.

she is in outworld to, and is part of a small, pointless quest, but apparently she makes an apprence in netherrealm as well. Though, once the guard leaves, so does she. I don't believe it to be anything special, just a teaser.

Yes, but in his question he (the original poster) asks, "Why does she stand there all day and not give you any quests like the others do?" I think if he was talking about her being in Netherrealm he would include Cyrax being with her. He speaks as if she's just standing there alone. This makes me believe he meant Outworld, and he talks to her but all she says is, "leave me alone." And I think her location in Outworld is H-5 and in Nether it's something else. I could be wrong though.

I found Nitara in a cave and it gave me the option to fight her.. but I declined because I was in the middle of another quest.. I should have fought her and reported what happens..I can't even remember which realm this happened in (one with a cave in it, obviously..heh) I remember the text saying "Nitara will drink your blood!.. will you challenge her?" or something to that effect.

I did see her in that cave too. I tried to fight her but to no avail. I think eventually there will some type of interaction with her. Just haven't completed something first. What? I don't know.

maybe that is who i seen vanish. i seen Moloch and was going to talk with him and I noticed two people vanish in a cloud of smoke as soon as i got near Moloch. They were across the river from him and i didn't get a chance to see who they were before they vanished. I tried to get to where they where but I couldn't get across the bridge to them.

In Outworld in the cave behind Barakas village Nitara says that she will drink your blood only if you hit her then she doesn't do anything else.
