The million dollar quesion: Why does Smoke literally smoke?

If Smoke returns he should look kinda like cyrax's alt but his aromor should look more ninja like make even have him wear a mask.

He whould be an alsome addition to the lin qui* witch could be the reason he returns. "To help Sub-Zero in the fight aginsit the Red Dragon."

red dragon isnt in it,i dont think mavado was the leader of red dragon now. But i got the impression that hotoru is a red dragon dude.

and sektor and some of his clan guys will probably be new fighters in the game. If so, then u got kabal helping him with maybe smoke.

but sub might turn the tides with a twist and have sub turn evil and jion forces with shang tsung, cause i know in MK7 u will see sub and tsung teamed. sub needs to get younger again, and he reached his oldest peak in this game. reptile made it to his greatest reptile form too in MKDA.

i thinkreptile will be human reptile again since he is with his race again. but he will look just like a dragon king soldier he will have that outfit.

smoke, ummm cyborg, nah theres already 2, ninja nah, there is too many that would hurt.

maybe give him an outfit like reikos or sommething.
better yet maybe not either.

smoke should have hso huos heart implant LOL. that would work and have a ninja shirt but ripped up. then maybe arms taped up white. and chest on right side of chest it could have the plate and thats where his gadets come out, and on the right side its just a heart implant hso huos. it would make him look really different from ninja and cyborg, he could have a grey face mask, like subs and mavado alt costume look. that badana thing over his face. then his forhead and stuff exposed and eyes and ears, he could be bald and have wires dreads in the back,coneected to the back of his heart implant from behind. that would kick ass, then with smoke surronding him. that thing in cyrax fataltiy could be how smokes harpoon looks, and a move that he tranports into smoke really fat to like dodge projectiles, or break away nasty combos, and smoke ball, the one that noob uses in MK trilogy, where the smoke ball hits opponnt and makes u invulernable to it wears off. totally different fighting style from scop would already make him different. no bombs cyrax already has those. instead maybe smoke bombsthat come out, and make the opponent cough from the smoke and that leaves them for a combo, one of those u cant move type of specials that is, like the harpoon is a cant move specail.

and maybe turn invisble or turn into smoke for 3 seconds and cant be attcked. good for escaping attacks, or if u are about to get the deathrap from the level, you can turn into smoke so the player cant red zone you if you are an inch from red zone. and maybe a smoke move, where u turn into smoke and replace sides with your oppent like, if you are stuck in a corner or wall, u can switch sides by turning inot smoke and passing right through the opponent, now they are the cornered one. these are some good moves.

maybe his weapon could be a smoking furnace weapon, the thing that they use to burn clay i think it is? or a smoking gun just kidding.

or a move that makes u smoke trhe level up and it turns to ssmoke and u cant see nothing in the level but fog and u cant attck, kinda like turning invisiable cause u know wheere tomove your smoke [player but your friend playing u doesnt know where r are, just liek reptiles invisible, u know where to move right?

good look and good moves just cant think of a weapon, no not a battle axe that weapon is too big, and big weapons are usually level weapons and they already have that as a level weapon so not sure, but some uqie weapon can come from his chest plate.peace hope u like ideas

I think Smoke should not be in MKD, because he has the same mooves as scorpion.

He throws a spear, like Scorpion, he teleports, like Scorpion, Human Smoke was EXACTLY like Scorpion, execpt he was black, my oppinion, her was a waste of a character, and Cyborg Smoke, he still threw a spear, the difference is, it comes from his chest.

If they gave him his own moves, and not have Scorpion's, then hes not a waste and might be a good character, I know you SAmoke fans out there will hate me for this but, thats my oppinion.

I'm sick of people saying that Human Smoke sucked. All they say was that he was a pallet swap from Scorpion, which is true, but so was the original Reptile and Noob Saibot. Get over it. He only made an appearance in 2 games.I'm sure if he came back as a human he would have his own moves.

Exactly. Noob saibot had scorpions spear in MK2, jade had kitanas fans, and in MK1 reptile had BOTH scorpions and subzeros moves. No one complained about that, so why are they complaining about smoke? Besides, smoke atleast had a little different look, the smoke that came out of him represented him, no one had something like that. Noob Saibot had the hapkido and such styles in MKTE and no one said nothing. Give smoke a break. I'm MORE than sure he would have his own look and own moves if he were to be in MKD. Copy and pallet swap season is long over now guys.

Here are a few examples of how i imagine smoke, even though i imagine tons of visions of him.

1). Smoke could have the human skin showing on his face with the cyborg eyes and the cyborg mouth from the movie or game (like cyrax). His face is not pure robot though, he has human skin. You can see his human stomache with a big machine piece stuck in the middle (kind of like hsu hao). The machine piece is attatched from 4 metal ropes. The first 2 metal ropes go over his shoulders to his back. The other 2 go downwards onto his knee.

He has robotic shoulder pads, knee pads, and arm pads. His back has an armor that is attached to him. On the armor, there is robotic signs and graffiti and such, something in chinese writing that is carved on. He also has wire cables running down from the back of his head.

You can see his arm skin clearly, but there are wires on them that work for veins, and they attatch to his shoulders. You can clearly see these veins.

2). Is pretty much the same as 1 except that somethings are a little more different. He has the human face with a more ninja-like armor and metal on him. He basically looks like ninja subzero, except all the blue parts are actually robotic machine parts.

3). This may sound bizarre, but it would be cool IMO if smoke was just....plainly smoke. Blaze is just fire, i picture smoke looking similar to him except he is all smoke with some body armor and pads.

There are dozens more ideas i have that he could look like, but they are way to detailed and almost impossible to explain. Up there is a brief description. If i have time, i'll explain how i picture him on the pure human side. I'll also give my imput on how i imagine his special moves and such.

Yah smoke is one of my favorite ninjas and he is probably going to be in it, however there's been some rumors of some more important ninjas like Reptile or Sub-Zero not being in it therefore being buyest against smoke being in Deception.
