About Quan Chi I'm unsure, didn,t he have an amulet to control the dragon king army?

if the DK would attack him, he could send the army against the DK...
then again maybe someone stole the amulet from him, but in theory why would the DK kill quan chi? Anyway it remain to be seen... lets hope that the MK team didn't kill both of those 2 great bad guy characters

Nah, Shang Is dead. Otherwise his Liu's soul wouldn't be returning. I'm sure Lao wanted revenge badly enough to kill him. As for Quan Chi? I think he may make an appearance. Atleast I hope

No. Quan Chi conserves his amulet, but this it doesn't have the power to control the army of the Dragon King, if Shang Tsung didn't revive ALL the army. If Shang Tsung revived all the army, it means that the Deadly Alliance prevailed, and the Earth soldiers lost, but I am sure that Kung Lao killed Shang Tsung before this could manage to revive it (for that reason Li Mei this alive one, so that Shang Tsung was defeated on time).

i am imaging we will see Shang being killed by Shao Kahn and Quan will disappear for a few MKs
