Lui Kang IS in MK Deception, we have seen his shadow in the character select screen, and he has been confirmed by Boon. So this discounts it as a rumor or any "might" thinking.

So, for his undead outfit I would like to see him with a bloody scar on his neck, since he would have to twist it back on, which would obviosuly bleed. He should have red eye, no pupils. His skin should be blueish grey, he's dead but not that long that his skin would turn green just yet. He should have scars allover his body. He needs one huge scar across his nose, from ear to ear. His fist should be cracked, or at least it looks that way, he could have green lights shining through the craks, which go all the way up the fore arm and stop at the elbows. He should have an overall evil appearance. Not saying he's evil him self, but this can not be the same Lui Kang form the past four games.

Yea he is confirmed to be IN the game. He is not confirmed as a playable character and everyone disagrees on who the character shadows belong to. Liu Kang is a rumored playable character, nothing more. The MK community is honestly the most gossip filled community of any game in history and you don't need to add on to that.

Go Ben!! I believe in u!! OK now that my ribs are intact again Liu Kang is going to be the zombie/ghoul, make Ben a really good dancer and we got Micheal Jackson's THRILLER.

Since Lui Kang didn't die in such a way where he would be battered from head to toe.. I'd say make have his head still hanging slightly and maybe a wound on his back where he was hit with Quan Chi's fire ball. I'd say have him with greyish skin and tattered clothes and completely black eyes.

These are all great ideas guys.

In spirit form, it could be like his mk 1 costume but tweaked and slightly transparent with a whiteishblue glow.

Or if he is normal he should look like mk1 with his long hair and be tweaked a bit not too much, it would be cool if he is normal instead of zombie or a spirit.

I used to hate the guy because he won all the time but he sort of grows on you.

Zombie:
He should be shirtless with his black tights with red stripes and he should have cuts and scars and bruises and ripped clothing and half of his head cut off where you can see his brains (Gross huh? tell me about it. LOL)

Ghost/Spirit: He should look like he did in mk gold with the red shirt and black pants with stripes but he should be like a see-through bluish color with bright light surrounding him. That would be cooool.

yeah i like the idea that he looks like him oldself but with that bluish glow and broken neck.

In spirit form, he should look like Doku from Ninja Gaiden when you fight him the second time. He should be glowing either blue or green. He is completely transparent, but you can clearly make out his features, arms, chest, hands. His eyes should be engulfed in white flames. His whole body should look like it's set on fire, but that's only his spirit. His legs should be only partialy there. So from his waist down to about half way down his shin should all be there. But for the rest of his feet, they should only show up when he does a kick. It looks like they light up every time a strike is made and then fade out.

But to stay on topic i want Lui Kang to have 3 outfits

1. Ghost - he will be a spirit and he will look like the character in the beginning of the MKDA game but will be given a spirit look. you know sort of transparent and levitating a bit.

2. Zombie - pretty self explanitory, MKDA Lui Kang just dead looking cuts, bruises, skin ripped bones popping out, close ripped, blotches of hair missing

3. MKDA look - the clothes he was wearing in the MKDA opening movie and he will be alive

Story he was resurected somehow by the Dragon King only given his life back he he promises to help the Dragon Kings army...

zombie:since he hasn't been dead that long,i would like his skin to be a pale bluish gray.his eyes should be like that of a wolf during a full moon.like someone else mentioned,his skin should be cracked from his fist to his elbow(i.e. breakdown) glowing as if something is inside him keeping his body alive.as for the neck issue,i don't want to play with someone whose head is hanging off his body.so since shang just snapped his neck-they should have liu kang with his neck snapped back in place(like when you snap your shoulder back in place after its been dislocated).as for his attire,i think he should have on his tradtional mk1 or mk trilogy outfit.

spirit:liu kang should be semi transparent with a blue/white glow.his forearms and fist should be engulfed by spiraling blue/red flames.his attire should totally revamped.i would like to see him wear something thats a mix between (mkda)kung lao/liu kang and brolli(dbz)

I think that Liu Kang shouldn't be in MK:D he sucks. I never picked him. No one I know ever picks him. Come on he's over the hump. >:0

i was under the impression that Liu was supposed to look like kano because his soul was shot into kano after he died
