i just got info that the konquest mode will be based on the comics!!!! and that there is 2 bosses in each realm and also chaos realm and oderrealm are in the GAME, they should post this soon on the main page and ima bump this from page 10 back to page one!!!!!!!

Queve, great post man. I agree that those comic's were great, and HOW COOL WAS THAT BARAKA STORY!?

I always thought that having him protect the baby was awesome and very clever. In that story he looked like such a Bad@ss.

I remember that the tree's in the forest also were saying, "look, I wonder if the little sapling will grow up ugly like Baraka", among all their taunts. Then when Baraka pop's one of his huge blades there's total sillence.

Oh, and subzero961, all thing's considerd, those comic's had wayyyy more thought and developement put into them then the patchwork storyline the video game was graced with. Trust me. There isn't a true MK fan alive who wouldn't dig, or at least appreciate the MK comic for a veriety of reasons.

Where did you hear that Konquest will have comic-based storylines? THAT sounds interesting.

BTW, Zaggot's crow was named Rook. Great post BTW. Gotta pick up the Baraka comic.

Seraph I agree that baraka comic is awesome! The baby is one of the characters i wish to know more about!!!

Oh yeah, I forgot about the crows name. But I did mention the Mileena Kitana comic! Go read again, its only a very short resume but very good!

But you did forget the Kung Lao one shot. One of my favorites...

I remember a few scans of that Kung lao comic. It was very cool the way he sent free the original kung lao, but overall it had no important part in the story i think.

True, but neither had any of the other one shots.

I haven't read this fully, but I know of the Tao Te Zhan! Imagine if that were put into the current MK storyline! It could defintely be the cause of a power search from everyone and it could triger the end of the MK series!

Also, Sonya getting married to Kahn would be a great twist! Although, she would ever willingly do so!
