I found Shao Kahn and Blaze each give you missions
Shao Kahn located at b-6 orders to find reptile which is at e-4 near the living forest ,Shao Kahn then orders you to find Reiko which is at the bottom most of the docks
Blaze is located at c3 and asks for a memory potion which is located somewhere near the docks (a lady is stading outside the house shouldnt be too hard to find)
I realize that this may be old news but i actually found all this on my own and i suprised myself.Chances are this info will be useful for someone
