NOTE: The following is my commentary and interpretation of the screens and is subject to correction by people who actually know what they're talking about. 8: Kung Lao/Tarkatan Burly Brawl! (Burly Brawl = Neo vs. Smith fight scene in The Matrix Reloaded) Not sure of the name of this level...was it "The Tower" or something? I see what is either a "2" and a "5" or "25," and I'm betting that's either a damage counter, or, judging by the sparkles around the Druid, that's how much your enemies are being healed.
7: Kung Lao vs. a Kano-esque character. Kabal unmasked?
6: Kung Lao vs. Baraka (?). It looks like those numbers that appear beside characters ARE damage counters, after all, similar to Deception's Practice mode.
5: Kung Lao vs. Kano-wannabe again.
4: Kung Lao and Liu Kang tagteam? Looks like it. Looks like a couple of Tarkatan dudes and even some Oni are getting in on the action, so I'm betting this is yet another appearance of the Netherrealm.
3: OK, what? I'm guessing this person is Liu Kang (Obviously, he hasn't let a little thing like death get in his way.), judging from the fireballs that he appears to be throwing at the skulls. Damage counter again. Do these skulls mean Quan Chi is back?
2: Looks like Liu Kang's frying Mileena. (So much for her MK2 costume, eh?) Looks like Kitana's lying on the ground on the left side of the pic.
1: The Portal. Kung Lao/Liu Kang tagteam. Emperor Palpatine...erm, I mean, a Druid. Judging from the absence of the other Druids, this guy is probably a boss that you fight once you defeat the others in kombat. Or, because this is an early beta, they just haven't put the icing on the metaphorical stage cake.
