The following characters have been confirmed:
1. Classic characters: Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Baraka, Mileena, Noob Saibot, Smoke, Tanya, Ermac, Nightwolf, Sindel, and Kabal. These characters will have their signature moves.
2. New characters: Kira (female Black Dragon Member), Ben (pro martial arts champion), Dairou (Ronin Samurai with a score to settle) and Ashrah (mystical demon huntress).
3. Liu Kang will return in two forms..a ghost, and a zombie.

It's wrong because this whole site could get shut down, because these magazines are making money off sales and everyone is seeing the mag online and not buying it. They will sue MKOnline if it is published.

I would imagine that they ban the ISP Address?

Hopefully it works that way or I don't really see how it would stop anyone from doing things that are obviously against the forum rules... and in this case detrimental to this site in general.

Yes, linking to illegal material is still illegal. A court case in the New York(?) area involving 2600 Magazine linking to a tool called DeCSS was what set that precedent.
