I only had this issue when my router wasn't working...

You probably have been muted,wait 24 hours from when this problem happen and you should be able to chat again,

how would one become muted?? me cursing in channel when a REP has seen me?? i don't get it
anyway it's fixed now, i rebooted my modem, router, PS2... and made a new network profile and it came back and works fine. then again it could have been the 24 hour thing too i guess, but i've never heard of that

Hey Juni, I was there when you were muted (I'm Jeff btw). You become muted when you say the n-word. It was when everyone was talking to NIGGE-R and calling him the other name (n-word). That was why he chose that name. Saying it gets you muted.
