Me too. I've always hated that uniform. Overall I think the character design has gotten WORLDS better with MKDA and on. With all the very sleek and sophisticatedly designed Japanese fighters coming out, I think the MK character designers had no choice but to really overhaul all the characters.
Yeah good point ^. Personally, the could have went with the let's stick to the 2D oldschool look and just implement it in 3D but that would get old seeing the same look, I think it was a great idea what Midway/MK team did to revamp most of the characters looks over the years, unlike other fighters where characters often look the same in every game MK has done a great job re-creating the characters looks as well as story, styles etc.
