Online Clans

i was wondering if any of you have thought of making an online clan for mk6? i realize it probably isnt going to have clan support. but there are websites out there that do help organize clan matches for games that dont have clan support. It wouldnt even have to be that complicated. You could have them just like a wrestling duel meet where each clan has a certain number of people and they go 1v1. Maybe there could be a point system for different kind of wins. like a flawless would be worth the most while beating somebody 2 rounds to 0 would be worth slightly less. and 2-1 would be less than that. but im just spitting out ideas. if u have any others feel free to add.

ya i understand some people would want to go solo. but i enjoy team games a lot more.

i tried to create a clan in world o warcraft, and i got a web-site, i paid 50 bucks for the domain name of the site, but i don't know jack about creating websites, now i sit here, paying nine 6 dollars a month for a website i don't need anymore, and to top it off, despite being the best egoshooter gamer or better said best gamer around, i can't play online matches, coz my modem is too slow and i only have a geforce 2/4 grafik chip. well, i'll get a new laptop with the best internet connectivity and the best grafik chip, but it'll take about 1 month till i get it! having clans is a great idea here

ya webpages are expensive. i plan on making a clan but most likely no webpage.

I think unless you can play as a clan, it's uselss. MKD clans are useless because members can't cooperate.

it would be too hard, how could u do the events and members and so on, u need a place for the memers to come and see the updates, new news and so on. dude, u NEED a website, or else u can forget. i don't know anybody who wants to join a clan that has a) no members b) and no website

what do u mean cant cooperate? it wouldnt be that hard. especially on xbox live with the voice messaging.

a) im not asking if anybody wants to join a clan. i just said i may make one if there is competition for it. just about every other game especially on xbox live has clans.
b) ive been in clans without websites. all u really need is aim.

sorry, was talking about mmorpgs, sorry, but yeah that'S something different, u don'T need as much members there, and u can mainly make ur clan with ur friends

There are no Clans in MK. When I ruled ass in the arcades I was by myself. No Partners. No Allies. Me, my Quarters and pure skill.
MK is online for a reason... to try and bring back the arcade feel that MK had back in the day. Clans would make no sense.

i don't think there will be clans only cause ed boon whats to recreate the arcade feel of play random and complete strangers

thx for the insult. if u dont like my idea u could say u dont like it with some reasons instead of just randomly trashing it. i guess it isnt for everybody but i like more of a team feal rather than solo which is what i'll get from just doing a bunch of 1v1's.
