ok so i finally get my ps3 o nline, after much debacle, and i go to start fighting.
straight away i get to work challengin, being challenged.
But whenever a fight starts, at most we get one hit in then it says this connection has died or some shit and it goes back to the room. its very frustrating (i'm yet to get a hit in lol)
So any hints as to the problem? is it my connection?

BTW my user name is samueru and i always fight as sonya (or try to). if i ditch out of a fight its not my fault :P

You running other things on your network? Any torrent programs running without enough upload bandwith? etc.

Wish I could help you more, but I have a 360.

I'd suggest going in and testing your connection and unplugging your router, then plugging it back in. (Restarting it)

Online for MK vs DC online (PS3) has been frustrating for me too. So, it might just be a problem Midway has to fix.

all this makes me so much gladder i use xbox live. i'd say either something is wrong with the network or your router is overloaded

I don't know if the online is the same as xbox live but ur router might have all it ports closed which would make it strict and you only be able to connect to certain people connection. See if you can open ports then recconect your psn to ur connection. If that don't work I don't know what the problem is

I love my PS3 but I have to say, I hate the online play. My router has a strong connection, yet whenever I fight it's laggy. When I press an attack, it's delayed and the response time is horrible. It just pisses me off cuz I know I would be whooping so much more booty! It costs me matches sometimes! Still, I love this game and maybe if I was 15 it would really bug me but it's just an annoyance. Wouldn't hurt if it was fixed though.

Is it just me or has it gotten 'slightly' better? It seems it has... though, still a bit frustrating.
