I have the same problem as well, check the news area and you will read an article stating that they are trying to fix this problem, but your record is being kept just not shown

Your record is being kept just it's not updated in real-time. When you go on tomorrow your record will be updated. At least it normally takes about a day for my record to update.
Though I heard they reset all the records a few days ago- I've been busy and haven't been online myself to see if that's true- but I didn't have a big record anyway.
