Online record not being kept . . . Please help!!

I played online for the first time today . . . I played several matches (some wins some losses), but my record still say 0-0. Why is this happening? How can I fix it so that my record is accuratly reflected?

It's the server. But, funny thing is, I'm ranked 56 at Puzzle Kombat and going up wink!

The rankings make no sense at all. I dont play for a day and I rank up from like 50 to 30...then I play and win 10 in a row but rank down back to 50...? Mind you I came off a win streak before the rank first rank up too....

I have the same prob... not sure why it works for others and not me. Same with my city and state.
